When Chateau Bole decided that cheese was something we wanted to bring to the market for all our wine customers, we clocked up more than 15 months and 19 different supplier reviews before we actually had the confidence that we had the very best of products and a supplier that could meet our high standards for both quality and price.  But now we have every confidence that we have the perfect partner with the finest handcrafted products – the only cheeses that are good enough to pair with our wines.

All of our cheeses are supplied exclusively by London Food Limited, led by Alexander Macdonald, who has been importing cheese to China for more than a decade.

Have no misunderstandings here.  Our cheeses won’t compete on price with mass-market, machine moulded mush.  But, if you’re a consumer that buys your wines on price alone, you wouldn’t be using our website in the first place.
