Chateau Yaldara Charley Barossa Valley Shiraz
This wine showcases a deep ruby hue. Aromatically, it offers notes of black cherry and black plum, complemented by vanilla, sweet spice, black pepper, and hints of chocolate. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, featuring a rich blend of black fruits and spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla, along with chocolate and coffee. The silky tannins lead to a long, satisfying finish. It tastes better with cheese, smoked meat and lamb chops.
Ray Jordan – An excellent product of this outstanding vintage in the Barossa Valley. Plush and ripe with great intensity and fruit concentration. Dark chocolate, plum and blackberry with a spicy sage bush and pepper lift. Traces of charcuterie add further deep complexity to the palate. A wine of medium body but excellent concentration and intensity.
