Our Merlot has a deep red colour with violet highlight. It has an intense nose of blackberry and dry leaves with a touch of spice. There is a smooth mouth feel, medium body and it is perfectly balanced. This wine pairs perfectly with premium quality beef, veal, vension and Iberico pork.
