Tasting: Watercolour Rose is crimson pink with purple hues under ambient lighting. Ripe red fruits and floral tones on the nose. Strawberries and raspberries on the palatte with a crisp and refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Watercolour Rose should be served chilled. It pairs well with food styles from Anhui, Fujian or Jiangsu. For western food pairings this wine works well with roasted poultry, baked sea fish, or soup based dishes.
