The winery Golden Heights sits in River Land region of South Australia. River land is located in the mid-eastern of South Australia. The yield of grapes accounted for half of the total in South Australia and 1/4 of the total in China. It is the largest wine-producing region in Australia. Most of the area is relatively flat terrain, only 20 meters above sea level. Therefore, mechanized pruning and harvesting can be implemented here to reduce the labor burden of wine farmers.
The Murray River is an important source of water in River Land, and a river plays an important part in viticulture. It also gives a faint scent of violets and cedar. Medium-bodied with delicate tannins. Mellow and full-bodied with a lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Great matches with lamb chops, roast duck and roast meat.
