Chateau Le Sanctuaire L’Eclipse
Chateau de Temple is one of the vineyards on the right bank of Bordeaux, it was listed in the 2012 list by L ‘alliance des Crus Bourgeois. This winery owns a history over 100 years. In 1933, the Bergey Family purchased the estate, beginning its modern development time. The current vineyard in this estate is 5 hectares, and the average age of all these vines is 25 years, and they choose the limestone to grow grapes.

Soil: On the right bank of Bordeaux, limestone is mostly flat on the top of the soil, and gravel bed is not very common.
Weather conditions: This region has a temperate maritime climate. It is close to the Atlantic Ocean and with a mild climate. There are many soil types and the Gironde River flows through, best for the vines grow. Bordeaux is the largest fine wine region in the world.
Wine making: Brewed with 100% Merlot. After the grapes are screened and fermented, the wines are aged in oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled. Only 6,000 bottles a year in the whole world.
Tasting: The wine shows an elegant dark purple color, with a pleasant red fruity aroma. It is well balanced with delicate tannins and proper acidity; And with a lingering and harmonious finish.
