Josef Friederich Eusemi Sweet White
Unified harvesting by machine, efficient and saving lots of labor cost. Selected carefully the healthy ripe grapes and the skins are gently broken by the machine to release the self-flowing juice, temperature controlled fermentation done in vats.
The wine has a clear light yellow colour. The nose is intense and graceful, with strong fruit fragrance. The wine is well balanced, with sweet intriguing tannins, sweetness comes to mouth and it has elegant flavors.Great to serve with fruits, salads and refreshments, can be easily paired with food, not picky at all.
