Ruby red colour. The nose is rich with raspberries and cherries. Ripe red fruit aromas of blackcurrants. With mineral, smoky and aromatic flavors. The palate is round and soft, with full and balanced tannins, good structure and a fresh finish. It tastes better with lamb, beef, tuna and cheese.
Aged in oak barrels for 12 months;
The winery has a history of over 600 years; Won the 2023 gold medal in Gilbert&Gaillard; Received a score of 89 points from the famous wine critic James Suckling.
