Food Pairing: For Chinese food, this bottle works well with really hot chilli spice dishes.  Sichuan and Hunan styles, or hotpot where the broth will be loaded with chilli pepper.

For western food, this is a bottle to start the night.  Great with canapés or as an aperitif.  It can work with starters or entree dishes.  Fish based first courses also work.
