Paysan Breton Petits Butter
The main ingredient of butter is, of course, milk. Brand obtain high-quality cow’s milk by adhering to industry best practices in place at the farm and onwards. This milk is sourced from the farms of their 7,000 dairy farmer members located in the regions of Brittany and Pays de Loire.
The cream from the milk is combined with lactic ferments to guarantee the typical great taste of the Butter. Inspired by traditional methods, the manufacturing process they use produces butter with a delicious creamy taste. Depending on the type of butter, we then add salt, always the right amount, not too much, not too little.
