Sicilian Pachino Sun-Dried Tomatoes – 260 grams

Handpicked Sicilian Pachino tomato are dried for 8 days on clay terraces near to Syracuse on the south-east coast of Sicily.  This tomato is so unique and special that it actually has an IGP status under EU law.  An accolade that it has held since 2003.  After drying out these tomatoes are then bathed in virgin olive oil just waiting to be enjoyed by the very few people that are worthy of such a joy.

Mediterranean Lounge Mix – 260 grams

Combining free-grown red and yellow peppers, hand pickled silverskin onions, wild Morrocan beldi olives and Spanish Nicoise olives brought together in a perfectly balanced combination with virgin olive oil and some delicate herbs and spices.  With the right bottle of wine, this will take you away to memories of summer holiday evenings in quiet seaside towns on any of the Mediterranean islands.

South America Spice – 100 grams

Combining Peruvian mountain corn with Brazilian legumes and Mexican spices this is a savoury dream to balance out a slightly sweeter style of wine – either off-dry or perhaps fortified like a port or a sherry.  This is also a perfect match for beer for anyone that is tired of salted peanuts and wants a more interesting partner for their beer.
