This is an all in one 4 Cheese Giftpack with Wine selection that bundles the best of British cheese for a luxury cheese board. 4 x 160g pieces of cheese.  The cheese on their own are ¥188.88 so for most of these cheese and wine deals, you will get the wine for only ¥20.

The Cheeses

• Chilli and Lime Cheddar have been blended with zingy lime juice as well as piquant chilli which leaves a long finish.
• Champagne Cheddar has the taste of sweet Champagne swirled into an already perfect mature Cheddar.
• Sharp Cheddar is an aged Cheddar cheese matured for at least 12 months. It is a well-rounded, delivering a mouth-watering, strong and full flavour on the palate.
• Wensleydale and Cranberry Cheese, we take plump cranberries and add them to the cheese creating a great, sweet and juicy cheese

Wine Pairing

There is such a broad and diverse range of cheese in the Somerdale Four-Cheese Gift Pack that it can justify a pairing with reds or whites.  For reds try exploring medium-bodied wines from the slightly warmer climates of Southern Europe.  Spanish and Italian varietals are a good starting point.

Dry and crisp whites will also pair well.  Prosecco from Italy, Cava from Spain or Espumante from Portugal.
